Chicory Inulin Fibre (Fructo-oligosaccharide), Acacia Gum (Fibre), Hydroxy Propyl Methyl Cellulose (Vegetable Cellulose Capsule Shell), Saccharomyces Boulardii (yeast), Bacteria Complex*, Bulking Agent (Potato Starch), Anti-caking Agent (Rice Extract Blend, Rice Fibre), Colour (Titanium Dioxide). *Bacteria Complex contains: L. casei, L. rhamnosus, L. acidophilus, Streptococcus thermophilus, L. plantarum, B. breve, B. longum & B. bifi dum. (L.= Lactobacillus & B.= Bifi dobacterium)

Suitable for daily use for anyone aged 12 years and over. 

Take 1 capsule daily, ideally with food.

Capsules can be swallowed whole or pulled apart and contents sprinkled on cold food or mixed with a cold drink.

If you are taking antibiotics:

Take 2 capsules daily, ideally with meal.

Continue for 2 weeks after you have finished your antibiotics

菊苣菊糖纖維(低聚果糖)，阿拉伯膠(纖維)，羥丙基甲基纖維素(植物纖維素膠囊殼)，釀酒酵母(酵母)，菌群組合*， 填充劑(太白粉)，抗結塊劑(大米提取物混合，大米纖維)，顏色(碳酸钙) *菌群組合包括： 乾酪乳桿菌、鼠李糖乳桿菌、嗜酸乳桿菌、嗜熱鏈球菌、植物乳桿菌、短雙歧桿菌、長雙歧桿菌和比菲德氏菌。

每天服用1粒 (進行抗生素療程時建議服用2粒)，建議進餐時使用。

可打開膠囊將粉末加進食物、零食或飲料如水、果汁或牛奶之中。

遠離孩童觸及範圍，不要攝取超過每日的建議份量。
